Gmail Custom Time

I noticed something new from Google at the top of my Gmail page:

The link points to

https://mail.google.com/mail/help/customtime/index.html

which at the moment gives a 404 error as seen in the adjacent tab.

My thinking is that this is an early leak of Google's April Fools joke for this year.
